How would I know if you can help me?  It depends what your expectations are, what you want to achieve from the therapy and from me. If you like the sound of what I have to say on my website, you can afford my fee and attend weekly, then we'll arrange either a free online or telephone consultation (couples online only) so you don't have to commit and pay until we're both sure. You can ask any questions in the consultation, to make sure.

 How do I pay? I will send you an invoice at least 7 days before we start working together, so you can pay either a month in advance or at least 7 days in advance of an appointment. Bank transfer is best, as it's cheaper for us both.

What if I need to cancel an appointment? I require a month in advance commitment from you, but if you needed to cancel, because as we know life can happen outside of therapy (illness, childcare etc), then I'm committed to offer you an alternative slot in the same week so you don't miss out.

Will you tell me what to say in appointments or stay quiet?  I've learnt in the 25 years of my clinical practice, that clients need space to reflect, to think and feel in the appointment, if this feels tricky for you, we'll explore with gentleness, why. I'll balance this with sharing with you my knowledge and suggestions to help you feel seen, heard, validated, so you can make life long changes.

Can I attend every 2 weeks or once a month? Unfortunately not. I've learnt in many years of clinical practice, for me to help you make life long changes, that a weekly commitment creates the best opportunity to learn about yourself at a deeper more unconscious level (what you can't see about yourself).
