I'm Samantha Quinn, and I'm really passionate about Counselling & Psychotherapy because it can be life changing, experiencing this first hand through engaging in Psychotherapy that began in my early 20s. 

​I created Arnica Counselling in 2006 when advertising was mainly in the Yellow Pages! I wanted to be found first in the A section, and Arnica is a flower that heals wounds, so thought it fit.

I've been located in Ilkley since January 2025, following a tricky time finding the 'right' office to meet my business needs. Ilkley is a great spot for public transport and getting to by car, many people travel to me from other areas with no problem.

​

Outside of work, I can be found in a wood or a forest, in front of a jigsaw, reading, listening to music and practicing yoga (usually not all together!)
