Hello

I'm Samantha Quinn, and I'm really passionate about Counselling & Psychotherapy because it can be life changing as well as life saving, knowing this first hand through accessing my own personal Psychotherapy that began in my early 20s. 

​I created Arnica Counselling in 2006 when advertising was mainly in the Yellow Pages! I wanted to be found first in the A section, and Arnica is a flower that heals wounds, so thought it was fitting.

I've been located in Ilkley since January 2025, following a tricky time finding the 'right' office to meet my business needs. Ilkley is a great spot for public transport and getting to by car, as well as my office being private and secure for myself and clients.
